Water
Keep a small amount of clean water in the central cup and refresh it regularly. Water the growing medium lightly when it begins to dry, but avoid keeping the roots constantly wet.
Soil
Rays Retail Nursery’s Premium Aroid Mix
Feeding
Light feeder. Feed lightly during active growth. Grab some Novion before checkout.
Humidity
Average household humidity is generally sufficient, although higher humidity can help keep the foliage looking its best.
Sensitivities
Sensitive to overwatering around the roots and stale water sitting in the central cup for too long.
Pet Safe
Generally considered non-toxic to cats and dogs.
Rays Says
"Bromeliads are easier than they look. Keep a little fresh water in the centre, don’t leave the roots sitting wet, and give it good indoor light. Once established, it will usually start producing pups around the base."
