Upright, clumping growth habit with leaves emerging from the base of the plant. Plants become fuller and broader as they mature.
 
Growth Rate
Moderate under warm conditions with consistent care.
 
Placement
Very adaptable indoors. Smaller plants work well on tabletops and plant stands, while larger varieties can become substantial floor plants.
 
Leaf Size
Varies considerably between varieties. Larger types such as Sensation can develop very broad, impressive foliage as they mature.
 
Light
Low to bright indirect light. Peace Lilies tolerate lower light particularly well, although brighter indirect light will encourage stronger growth and better flowering.
 
Water
Keep the soil lightly moist, but avoid keeping it constantly wet. Peace Lilies will often begin to droop when they are thirsty and usually recover quickly after watering.

Feeding

Average household humidity is generally sufficient. Higher humidity can help keep larger leaves and new growth looking their best.
 
Sensitivities
Sensitive to prolonged dryness, overwatering and cold conditions. Large leaves can collect dust and should be wiped clean occasionally. Spider mites and other common houseplant pests can sometimes become a problem.

No. Contains calcium oxalate crystals and can cause irritation if chewed or ingested by pets.

"If your Peace Lily is healthy but refuses to flower, feed it! Flowering takes energy and regular fertiliser makes a big difference. Peace Lilies are also far more tolerant of lower light than most houseplants, although brighter indirect light will give you stronger growth and more flowers.
For the big-leaved varieties, keep those leaves clean. A damp cloth works perfectly, and neem oil can be used as part of your pest-control routine when needed."
