Best suited to terrariums, shallow planters and other humid displays where it can spread across the soil surface.

Very fine, delicate foliage that creates a dense, soft carpet as the plant grows.

Medium to bright indirect light is ideal. Avoid harsh direct sun, which can dry out or scorch the fine foliage.

Keep the soil consistently lightly moist. Selaginella does not like drying out completely.
